Pricol Ltd Board Approves Demerger of DICVS Business

Pricol Limited's Board of Directors has approved a Scheme of Arrangement for the demerger of its Driver Information & Connected Vehicle Solutions (DICVS) Business to a new entity, Pricol Autotech Limited. The DICVS business, which focuses on smart mobility and integrated electronic solutions, reported a turnover of INR 2,424.63 crores for FY26, representing 61.17% of the company's consolidated turnover. This strategic move aims to create distinct, agile corporate entities for each business segment, allowing them to focus on their respective core activities, market dynamics, and capital allocation strategies. The scheme is subject to various statutory and regulatory approvals, including from stock exchanges and the National Company Law Tribunal.
