Pricol: Vanitha Mohan Resigns, Vikram Mohan Appointed Chairman

Pricol Ltd's board meeting on May 14, 2026, approved several key decisions, including fixing the AGM date, treating the interim dividend as final for FY26, and the resignation of Mrs. Vanitha Mohan as Chairman. Mr. Vikram Mohan was appointed as Chairman & Managing Director.
