Prima Agro approves FY26 Audited Results; Re-appoints Internal Auditor

Prima Agro Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the Statutory Auditor’s Report from M/s. Grandmark & Associates. Additionally, M/s. G. Joseph & Associates, Chartered Accountants, were re-appointed as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27, following the Audit Committee's recommendation.
