Prima Agro Ltd Board Approves Un-audited Q1 FY27 Results & Annual Report

Prima Agro Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 31, 2026, approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. The Board also approved the Annual Report and Board's Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the 39th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026. The company also proposed adopting new Memorandum and Articles of Association to align with the Companies Act, 2013, subject to member approval.
