Prima Industries Board Approves FY26 Audited Results

Prima Industries Limited's Board of Directors, at their meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the Statutory Auditor's Report from M/s. G. Joseph & Associates. Additionally, M/s. Grandmark & Associates, Chartered Accountants, were reappointed as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27, following the Audit Committee's recommendation.
