Prime Capital Market Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for specified persons for the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The closure will commence from January 1, 2026, and will end after 48 hours from the date of declaration of the un-audited financial results for the 3rd quarter of the financial year ending on March 31, 2026. All specified persons, including employees, directors, promoters, statutory auditors, and all connected persons as specified and covered under the Code of Conduct, have been advised not to deal in the securities of the company from January 1, 2026, up to the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of results.
