Prime Focus Ltd and promoter Mr. Namit Malhotra have successfully withdrawn their suit (Commercial Suit No. 104 of 2025) filed against Reliance Alpha Services Private Limited, Reliance Mediaworks Limited, and Reliance Land Private Limited. The suit, related to a loan agreement dated February 25, 2019, and a business transfer agreement dated November 19, 2014, was dismissed by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay on August 4, 2026, after the parties amicably resolved their disputes.
