Prime Fresh Ltd Announces Regularization of Mr. Nishit Popal, Re-Appointment of Mr. Jinen Ghelani and Mr. Hiren Ghelani

Prime Fresh Ltd has announced the regularization of Mr. Nishit Popal as non-executive Independent director, and the re-appointment of Mr. Jinen Ghelani as Managing Director and Mr. Hiren Ghelani as Whole-time Director. The appointments were made through a Postal Ballot process and are in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The disclosure as required under the Regulations and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure. The appointments are not in violation of any SEBI orders or any other such authority.
