Prime Industries Ltd AGM Extended by Two Months

Prime Industries Limited has received approval from the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh, for a two-month extension to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The AGM, originally due by September 30, 2026, will now be held by November 30, 2026. This extension was granted under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, following an application by the company citing reasons that prevented timely convening of the meeting. The company will separately announce the final date, time, and venue for the AGM.
