Prime Urban Development Files Corrigendum for FY26 Financial Results

Prime Urban Development India Ltd has submitted a corrigendum to its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company identified a typographical error in the PDF filing where 'Employment Benefit Expense' was understated by ₹0.68 lakhs. Revised standalone and consolidated financial results have been submitted to correct this error. It is noted that the XBRL filing previously submitted already contained the accurate figures, thus requiring no revision to the XBRL submission. All other financial data in the PDF results remains unchanged.
