Prism Finance Reappoints Hemendrakumar Shah as Independent Director

Prism Finance Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Hemendrakumar Shah as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, effective December 4, 2026. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held today. The company also decided to convene its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026, to be held through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders will have the facility for remote e-voting from September 26 to September 28, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. Kashyap R Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to member approval at the AGM.
