Prism Johnson Ltd has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report, including financial statements for FY 2025-26, Board's Report, and Auditors' Reports, will be sent electronically to members. A cut-off date of Friday, July 31, 2026, has been fixed for determining eligibility to vote electronically and attend the AGM.
