Prism Johnson Ltd Approves Sale of Office Premises to Related Party for Rs. 165.91 Crores

Prism Johnson Ltd has approved the sale of its office premises situated at Windsor, 7th Floor, CST Road, Kalina, Vidyanagari, Santacruz (East), Mumbai- 400098 along with terrace area and designated car parking space on ‘as is where is’ basis to M/s Windsor Realty Private Limited, a related party of the Company. The sale is for a consideration of Rs. 165.91 Crores. The agreement for sale will be executed on or before December 31, 2025 and the sale/disposal is expected to be completed by the same date. The buyers, Windsor Realty Private Limited, are associated with the promoter of the Company, Mr. Akshay Raheja, and Mr. Rajan Raheja, who is a relative of Mr. Akshay Raheja.
