Prism Johnson: Senior VP Operations Aaftaab Irani to retire

Prism Johnson Ltd announced that Mr. Aaftaab Irani, Senior Vice President – Operations, QC & Engineering & Development (RMC), will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company. His departure is due to superannuation, effective from the close of business hours on April 30, 2026. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
