Prism Medico Board Meeting on Aug 24, 2026

Prism Medico and Pharmacy Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 24, 2026. The meeting agenda includes the consideration and approval of the Director's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the board will fix the date for the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM), approve its notice, and determine the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for the AGM.
