Prismx Global Ventures Ltd has announced the voting results for the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) held on 26th March, 2026. The meeting was conducted through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Video Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and the Companies Act, 2013 (CA 2013) and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations). The Company provided remote e-voting and e-voting facility to its shareholders. The Scrutiniser, Mr. Jay Bhatt & Associates, Practising Company Secretary, scrutinised the remote e-voting and e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner. All the Resolutions as set out in the Notice of EOGM have been duly approved by the Shareholders with requisite majority.
