Prismx Global Ventures Ltd to Reclassify Promoters from 'Promoter & Promoter Group Category' to 'Public Category'

Prismx Global Ventures Ltd is set to hold an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 26th March, 2026, to reclassify certain promoters from 'Promoter & Promoter Group Category' to 'Public Category'. The reclassification is subject to approval of other statutory authorities and the No-Objection Certificate (NOC) received from BSE Limited dated January 27, 2026. The promoters to be reclassified are Mr. Dheeraj Shah and Mr. Paresh Shah, holding 0.93% and 0.36% of the paid-up share capital respectively. The EGM will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the MCA and SEBI circulars. The facility for appointments of proxies by the members will not be available for the e-EOGM.
