Prismx Global Ventures Ltd. to Reclassify Promoters in Compliance with SEBI Regulations

Prismx Global Ventures Ltd. has announced an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on 26th March, 2026, for the reclassification of persons forming part of the Promoter/Promoter group. The reclassification is in compliance with Regulation 30, 34 & 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015. The EGM will transact the special business of reclassifying certain promoters from 'Promoter & Promoter Group Category' to 'Public Category'.
