Prithvi Exchange schedules 31st AGM for Aug 27, 2026

Prithvi Exchange (India) Ltd has announced that its Thirty-First Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference and Other Audio Visual Means, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations. The company has set Wednesday, August 19, 2026, as the Record Date for determining members eligible for dividend for the financial year 2025-26, and also as the Cut-off Date for voting eligibility on AGM resolutions. The dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before September 25, 2026. The Annual Report for FY2025-26 will be circulated to members in due course.
