Pritish Nandy Communications Limited has officially changed its name to PNC Media and Entertainment Limited, effective August 22, 2026. The change was approved by shareholders via postal ballot and subsequently by the Registrar of Companies/Ministry of Corporate Affairs, who issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation. This rebranding does not alter the company's legal status, rights, or obligations. All existing contracts and agreements remain valid under the new name. The company is required to display its old name alongside the new one for two years.
