PNC: FY26 Loss at ₹1,258.87 Lakh vs ₹97.14 Lakh YoY

Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd (PNC) declared Q4 and annual results for FY26. Q4 total income was ₹254.67 lakh compared to ₹796 lakh in the previous year. The company reported a Q4 net loss of ₹208.15 lakh compared to a loss of ₹41.34 lakh YoY. The year-end results showed a total income of ₹3,830.99 lakh compared to ₹3,424.99 lakh last year. The company made a net loss of ₹1,258.87 lakh compared to a net loss of ₹97.14 lakh in the preceding year, mainly due to an exceptional item. The company entered a licensing agreement with Shemaroo Entertainment Limited for global broadcasting and streaming rights of 18 titles for 11 years.
