Priya Ltd Board Meeting on Aug 12 to Approve Q1 FY27 Un-Audited Results

Priya Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business with the Chairman's permission. In line with SEBI regulations and the company's insider trading code, the trading window for directors, officers, and designated employees will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are publicly announced.
