Procal Electronics India Ltd has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of M/s SSRV & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a term from the conclusion of the 34th AGM until the conclusion of the 38th AGM. The meeting will be conducted entirely through electronic means in compliance with recent MCA and SEBI circulars, dispensing with physical attendance and proxy facilities.
