Property Share Investment Trust - Propshare Platina's Board of Directors, managed by PropShare Investment Manager Private Limited, has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. A distribution of ₹76.57 million (₹22,782.09 per Unit) has been declared, comprising interest payment and debt repayment. The board also approved amendments to the Trust's Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure and authorized an evaluation for the potential sale of assets held under PS Platina, engaging with prospective buyers. The financial results and amended code of practices have been submitted to the exchange and will be uploaded to the Trust's website.
