PropShare Celestia declares Q2 FY27 distribution; Record date Oct 15, 2026

PropShare Investment Manager Private Limited, the Investment Manager for PropShare Celestia (third scheme of Property Share Investment Trust), announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on October 12, 2026, declared a distribution to the Unitholders of PS Celestia for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The record date for this distribution has been set as October 15, 2026. The payment of these distributions to eligible unitholders will be completed on or before October 23, 2026.
