PropShare Celestia has announced a board meeting scheduled for May 29, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from May 20, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial statements, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
