Propshare Titania SM REIT (Second Scheme of the Property Share Investment Trust) conducted its First Annual Meeting (AM) on July 6, 2026, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting, initiated from Bengaluru, commenced at 1:00 PM IST and concluded at 1:12 PM IST, with an additional 15 minutes allocated for e-voting. The proceedings were conducted in compliance with SEBI REIT Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular.
