Prospect Consumer Products Reappoints Secretarial Auditor

Prospect Consumer Products Ltd has reappointed M/s. Kadambari Dave & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. The reappointment was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 27, 2026. M/s. Kadambari Dave & Associates, a Company Secretary firm, will conduct the Secretarial Audit. The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
