Prostarm Info Systems Appoints Senior Management Personnel

Prostarm Info Systems Ltd has appointed Mr. Ajay Satish Rao as Vice President – Operations and Mr. Prateek Srivastava as Business Unit Head, both as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) effective May 22, 2026. The appointments were based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. Mr. Rao brings 15 years of experience in operations and project management, while Mr. Srivastava has 21 years of experience in marketing and business development.
