Protean eGov Appoints Ajay Rajan as MD & CEO, Nandkumar Saravade as Director

Protean eGov Technologies Ltd announced via a circular resolution dated July 15, 2026, key management changes approved by the Board of Directors. Mr. Ajay Rajan has been appointed as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) for a term of 3 years, effective June 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Nandkumar Saravade has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a first term of 3 years, also effective June 1, 2026. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Mr. Rajan brings over 30 years of banking experience, including significant roles at YES Bank.
