Prozone Realty Promoter Reclassification Application Closed by NSE

Prozone Realty Ltd has announced that its application made under Regulation 31A of SEBI Listing Regulations for the reclassification of M/s. Rakesh Rawat Family Trust, Mr. Ghanshyam Rawat, Ms. Vandana Vaidh, and Mrs. Pushpalata Rawat from the 'Promoter Group' to the 'Public' category has been closed by the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The NSE cited prolonged non-response to queries and clarifications raised by the exchange as the reason for closing the application. The company has been advised to submit a fresh application with complete documents and fees if they wish to pursue the matter further.
