Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd has announced its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 31, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. Key agenda items include the adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, the declaration of a final dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share, the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, and an increase in the remuneration of Whole-time Director and CEO, Mr. Shirish Govindbhai Patel. The proposed revised fixed annual remuneration for Mr. Patel is up to ₹1,239.72 Lakhs, an increase from his earlier approved ₹1,033.10 Lakhs, along with performance-based variable pay.
