Prudential Sugar Board Meeting on Nov 14 to Adopt Q2 FY27 Results

Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 14, 2026, to consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also review the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors. Following the declaration of these results, the trading window, which was closed from October 1, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after the announcement for designated persons and connected individuals.
