Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd. to Enter Electric Vehicle Segment with 76% Stake Acquisition

Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd. has signed a MoU with Senatla EV Products Pvt Ltd, Senatla Innovative EV Components Pvt Ltd and two others to subscribe and acquire 76% equity valued at Rs.4.00 Crores in Senatla Innovative EV Components Pvt Ltd. The latter is engaged in manufacturing and sale of Electric Two Wheelers and Electrical Three Wheelers. Senatla Innovative EV Components Pvt Ltd aims to achieve a turnover of Rs.5 Crores per month by March, 2026 and Rs.10 to 15 Crores per month by March, 2027. Upon completion of the acquisition, Senatla Innovative EV Components Pvt Ltd will become a 76% subsidiary of Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd.
