PS IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Rajesh Baliram Patole. The resignation was accepted by the Resolution Professional with the approval of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) in a meeting held on June 4, 2026. The reasons cited for the resignation include the initiation of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and personal circumstances. Mr. Patole's resignation is effective from May 23, 2026. The company stated that a smooth transition of responsibilities will be ensured.
