PS IT Infrastructure: Provisional List of Resolution Applicants Released

PS IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd has released a provisional list of prospective resolution applicants as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India regulations. The list, dated June 22, 2026, follows a Form-G published on May 30, 2026, with the Expression of Interest (EOI) submission deadline on June 15, 2026. Out of eleven applicants, two were rejected: Ambica Cotseeds Limited for not meeting net-worth criteria and Globaledge Dynamics Private Limited and Standard Capital Market Limited for non-receipt of EMD by the due date. The remaining nine applicants are currently under verification for eligibility under Section 29A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Further submissions are due by June 27, 2026, with objections also to be submitted by the same date.
