PSP Projects Board Approves FY26 Audited Results, Sets AGM Date

PSP Projects Ltd's Board of Directors, at their meeting on April 30, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The joint statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on these results. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Manubhai & Shah LLP as Internal Auditor and M/s. K V M & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27. Furthermore, the board recommended the appointment of M/s. G. K. Choksi & Co. as a Joint Statutory Auditor to shareholders and scheduled the 18th Annual General Meeting for June 27, 2026.
