PTC India Appoints Amol Taori as Nominee Director from Power Grid

PTC India Limited has appointed Shri Amol Babulal Taori as a Nominee Director on its Board, representing Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (POWERGRID). The appointment is effective from October 23, 2026. Shri Taori, who is currently Director (Finance) at POWERGRID, brings nearly 30 years of experience in finance, treasury, international trade, and marketing. He is a Chartered Accountant and has held significant roles, including Executive Director (In-charge) – International Trade at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). He is not related to any existing director of PTC India.
