PTC India Board Meeting on May 19, 2026 to Consider Results, Dividend

PTC India Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 19, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for FY 2025-26. The record date for determining shareholders' eligibility for the dividend will be announced separately. The trading window for company securities has been closed since April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are announced.
