PTC Industries Corrects Aggregate Issue Amount Typo

PTC Industries Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its previous intimation dated October 09, 2026. The company identified a typographical error in the aggregate issue amount expressed in words in Paragraph 1 of the said intimation. The corrected amount is now stated as 'Rupees One thousand seven hundred ninety-nine crore ninety-nine lakh eighty-two thousand only', a significant reduction from the previously stated 'Rupees Seventeen thousand nine hundred ninety-nine crore ninety-nine lakh eighty-two thousand Rupees'. All other details from the October 09, 2026 intimation remain unchanged.
