PTC Industries Ltd has announced that its 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 03:00 PM via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report, including the Notice of AGM, standalone and consolidated audited financial statements, Board's Report, and Auditors' Report for FY 2025-26, will be sent electronically to members. The report will also be available on the company's website (www.ptcil.com). Remote e-voting will be open from Sunday, September 27, 2026, 9:00 AM IST to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, 5:00 PM IST. Detailed instructions for e-voting and attending the AGM via VC/OAVM are provided in the AGM Notice.
