PTC's Subsidiary, Trac Precision Solutions, Enters Five-Year Strategic Collaboration with Coolbrook for RotoDynamic Electrification Technology Development
Trac Precision Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of PTC Industries, has signed a multi-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Coolbrook Oy, a transformational technology and engineering company, to collaborate on the machining and manufacture of components for Coolbrook’s RotoDynamic Heater™ (RDH™) technology. This collaboration is a significant step in Trac’s strategic expansion into high-value industrial electrification and clean technology manufacturing, aligning with PTC’s commitment to participating in next-generation global industrial transitions. The RDH™ technology is capable of reaching temperatures of up to 1700°C and is designed to electrify high-temperature industrial processes, offering a pathway to materially reduce CO2 emissions across energy-intensive industries. The MoU establishes a structured cooperation framework across manufacture of selected first-generation RotoDynamic Heater™ components, integrated Design for Manufacture collaboration, alignment with Coolbrook’s commercial and technology deployment roadmap, and a long-term production partnership over a five-year horizon.
