Pudumjee Paper Products Appoints Anil Mittal as Independent Director

Pudumjee Paper Products Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Shankarlal Mittal as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The shareholders approved his appointment via postal ballot for a term of 5 years, effective May 22, 2026, until May 21, 2031. Mr. Mittal, aged 65, is a B.Com graduate with extensive experience in the real estate construction business, having been associated with Mittal Builders since 1981. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
