The meeting agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26, along with Directors' and Auditors' reports. A key item is the proposed appointment of M/s. Nirav. S. Shah Chartered Accountants as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, filling a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditors. M/s.
