Punctual Trading Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Insiders

Punctual Trading Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders of the company. The closure will be effective from January 01, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter/ period ending December 31, 2025. The date of the board meeting where the financial results will be considered is yet to be announced. This decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders and the circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, issued by the National Securities Depository Limited.
