Punctual Trading Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 06/02/2026 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2025. The meeting is scheduled in accordance with Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Security and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing in the securities/shares of the Company, which commenced from 1st January 2026, will close 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
