Punj Lloyd Ltd: CoC Meeting on Sep 2, 2026 for Liquidation Closure

Punj Lloyd Ltd has scheduled the first meeting of its Reconstituted Committee of Creditors (CoC) for September 2, 2026. The meeting, to be held at 11:30 AM in New Delhi and via audio-visual mode, will discuss the way forward for the closure of the company's liquidation process. This meeting is being held in accordance with Regulation 32 B of the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016.
