Punj Lloyd Ltd to Sell 99.99% Shareholding in Atna Investments Ltd for INR 15.61 per Share

Punj Lloyd Ltd has entered into a share purchase agreement with Diversified India Growth Fund for the sale of 99.99% of the shareholding in Atna Investments Ltd. The total revenue of Atna Investments Ltd in the last financial year (FY 24-2025) was INR 5,63,000. The agreement was executed on March 31, 2026, and the expected completion date is also on the same day. The consideration received from the sale is INR 15.61 per share. Diversified India Growth Fund is an alternative investment scheme of Diversified India Growth Trust and is registered as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund with the Securities and Exchange Board of India. None of the buyers belong to the promoter, promoter group, or group companies. The transaction is not a related party transaction and is not done at 'arm’s length'.
