Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd. has processed a request for re-lodgement of transfer of physical shares for the period from July 2025 to September, 2025. This update is in continuation of their earlier letter dated November 19, 2025, regarding the re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 2, 2025. The Company has received the requisite documents from the concerned shareholder and processed the request. The details of the request are as follows: No. of requests received during the period - 1, No. of requests processed during the period - 1, No. of requests approved - 1, No. of requests rejected - 0, Average time taken for processing of requests - processed immediately upon receipt of complete documents from the shareholder. The Company has not received any other request for re-lodgement of transfer of physical shares pursuant to the aforesaid circular.
