PNB Changes Registrar to Issue and Share Transfer Agent

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has officially changed its Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) for its equity shares. The RTA has been changed from M/s Beetal Financial & Computer Services Private Limited to M/s KFin Technologies Limited, effective July 15, 2026. This change has been completed, and all future correspondence regarding PNB's equity shares should be directed to the new RTA, KFin Technologies Limited. A tripartite agreement between PNB, the old RTA (Beetal), and the new RTA (KFin Tech) is currently under process. This regulatory filing ensures transparency and informs all stakeholders about the operational shift.
